Not afraid to be the one

Ever since I was a kid, I've been legit. Okay that was too hard to resist but yeah ever since I was a kid I have been conscious of the fact that a lot of times you have to make choices that you might get ridiculed for and are virtually making zero difference but I do it nevertheless. I realise this reads somewhat confusing, let me give a very small example : littering, I was taught littering was wrong since childhood and honestly I just don't litter. I hear a variety of excuses, all of them with the premise that a single piece of plastic won't make a difference. I just ignore them and honestly I haven't seen anyone litter around me in a long time. Getting back to my point, I usually have zero explanations for this I just do it because it's right and I don't want the guilt tbh. I didn't have a valid explanation, till now that is, It just struck me that I am not unique (while that is an obvious statement, let me cook), if I make choices like that, there must be thousands of other who do too. I'm not the only one. So yeah, it was just a nice thought I had and wanted to share it.

Althoughhh, if we were to build upon it, there must be thousands of others, that go along with the propagandas fed to them by the country, too distracted by materialism and the guillotine of unemployment to care about what happens to the people around them. People told that in today's world empathy is a weakness. People who hid that empathy deep within. People who if were well read might take a 180 in their viewpoints. Again, all of this is something extremely obvious to someone who's well read, but this isn't for them. This is just me having a micro-epiphany publicly(if this does make it to the blog) in hopes that one of the people like me finds it and can share it with me.
